Residents of Owen Township,

We know that there are residents of the Township that are being deeply affected by the current federal government shutdown.

The Board would like to make residents aware that there is a General Assistance fund available for residents of Owen Township that find themselves needing short-term financial assistance. It is administered on our behalf by Rockford Township. You will find information at the bottom of this page about the program and how to apply.

As always, board meetings are held at 7pm on the first Tuesday of each month in the Township Hall, located at 4019 Latham Road. The public is welcome to attend.

Sincerely,

The Owen Township Board
